Doc Watson's - Toledo

My husband and I had breakfast this past Sunday around 9 a.m., and we were very pleased with our experience. We ordered the classic breakfast of eggs, bacon, and hash browns. The meal was cooked to perfection, and the bacon had incredible flavor and was delightfully crispy. Often when we request crispy bacon, we end up with rubbery strips, but not here! The food was fantastic, and we definitely plan to return. The service was excellent as well; our server was friendly and attentive.

Good food, good beer. My boyfriend and I come here regularly. I love their fresh cut fries, many options to choose from, and portion sizes. The staff is great, kind, and very attentive.

This was my husband and my first time at Doc Watsons restaurant. We have heard good things about it and were excited to try it. We arrived around 4:45 or so, and there were a few customers seated at the bar. We opted for a seat in a booth. It was not busy but it took nearly 15 minutes for a server to initially help us. We assume because it was just before the dinner rush. Once helped, the food was very good. My husband had the Reuban with fries and I had a spinach salad and a bowl of potato soup, which was the soup of the day. My husband also ordered a taco because it was Taco Tuesday in order to try one and it too, was very good (although it took a long time to get). We will give the restaurant another try based on the food quality and hope for better initial service.

It's a bar with bar level food and bar level service. It's a local bar what else is there to say.
