Kfc - Toledo

I ordered a 3-piece meal that seemed to have been cooked and then recooked until it was too crispy. I was really disappointed because I was hoping for something original. I don't understand why they stopped offering the grilled option when other places and states still have it. This isn't the first time I've received overcooked food from this restaurant. It's really a shame that we have to deal with this kind of quality these days.

The experience was decent until they began locking the door due to a shortage of staff. What manager thinks that's acceptable? I placed an online order and was hoping to quickly pick it up without using the drive-thru. Looks like I won't be returning.

I hate kfc now because of this branch! They never give you what u exactly order! NEVER!! Tried it more than 6 times ! Didnt get the right order on not even one time! They should rehire a new team for that branch

Too incompetent to read a screen and put food in a bag.

The prices at this restaurant are incredibly high. We ordered a family meal of 12 chicken tenders, but they were overcooked and tough like leather. The portion sizes were also small, making it difficult to enjoy the meal. In the end, we paid nearly $50 for biscuits and sides that tasted like microwave meals. Overall, the food quality was disappointing and not worth the cost.
