Mcdonald's - Toledo

I enjoy McDonald's, but on the night of 1/3/23, I had a negative experience. When I tried to place an order, there was a glitch with the speaker. When I asked for a repeat, the employee yelled at me, even though I am only 12 years old. Overall, I was not happy with my experience at McDonald's. Food quality: 5/5.

Do not go there, cold eating personal is rude af, even if they say freshly cold and will let them sit, do not hear food: 1/5

It was better then main street for a bit now back to not order her until they sit on the loudspeaker for 20 minutes first. take them a car to a time. absolutely crazy how long they make them sit and wait and hang in the line because they don't get out. would rate 0 stars if I could. waited 20 minutes to wait a 15-30 minutes to say. simply get a new job if they can't do their job.

Waited for over 40 min, used the ap to order food was missing food and the coworker argued with us. They had not worked any ice cream, but did not know how to refund the app and did nothing to help or offer another article. food: 2/5

Very pleased the staff was wonderful. The food was awesome kinda had a bigger order and had no problems. But wearing sweat pants at work?!Food: 5/5
