Contribuisci feedbackKassierer didn't give me a quitting, and I asked to make sure that BBQ sauce in my son was the happy food, and the guy in the last window said he thinks I should have checked) but the line was so slow I moved, after 9 hours everything I wanted to do was come home and give my son to eat. No one wants to deal with this kind of carelessness when something was so easily avoided. I am sick and tired of mcdonalds together. child-friendliness: better, children don't like nuggets when they get their sauce with them.
I am not sure if it was this restaurant on Alexis or the ones on Laskey, but my pancakes were thicker than the sausages. The sausage was dry and burnt, and they forgot something as usual.
I ordered a bagel three times at this restaurant. The second and third times I received a fresh, soft bagel after the first one was hard. Unfortunately, all three bagels were so hard that I could flick them on the floor and they would make a loud noise. Also, charging $5 for a single bagel seems excessive for the quality. Overall, I would rate this experience as a 1 out of 5 in terms of nutrition and satisfaction.
This restaurant is a disaster that you should definitely avoid at all costs! 99% of the staff, including the manager, are either rude or completely incompetent. I went on my lunch break and spent 25 minutes in the drive-thru line. The dining area was still closed, and they only open and close whenever they feel like it, especially on weekends. They opened at 7am, closed at 11am, and then reopened for lunch. This place doesn't even deserve a single star!
This is the 2nd and last time I will ever go to this location. The worker was the RUDEST person I've ever dealt with. I placed my order in the drive thru, I paid and went to pick up. The lady didn't greet me or anything. She handed a milk and then the food. I was waiting on a tea and she looked at me and said need something. I said I was waiting on a tea. Before I even finished she told me I didn't pay for one. I tried telling her I ordered one. She wouldn't even look at me and Just kept saying you didn't pay for one. Then she said look at your receipt and I said I didn't have one. She jumped on the other employe and told her to give everyone a receipt. She never apologized to me or offered to give me a receipt. I said this is ridiculous and she said ok bye. I am appalled you would have employees working for you that are like that. You are a customer based business with ZERO customer service.
