Papa John's Pizza - Toledo

Had not even begun to make my order when I arrived to pick up. after another 10 minutes, they had not even begun. cancelled order and left.

The pizza we ordered from this restaurant was contaminated with a large hair, which was unprofessional and led to everyone getting sick. The staff did not wear masks, hair nets, or gloves, and I did not witness anyone washing their hands.

Just ok, shouldn't have option for contact less if the pizza guy will knock and make you sign anyways.

The order that I paid a delivery fee for and tipped was wrong. After calling the store, Sara the manager answered the phone. I asked if it were possible to send another delivery car out since the order was wrong, she proceeded to HANG UP on me. She also refused to acknowledge me when I entered the store to pick up my order. Extremely rude and unprofessional service I have never experienced. I have never wrote a review before but after working on both food services and retail for over five years, I have never seen such terrible service from a manager. disappointed.

I don't normally write reviews of carryout national pizza chains. Pizza was good as expected. Shout out is for the three people working on Saturday night July 31. Clearly they were understaffed for a Saturday night, but the three individuals were working their tails off to make pizzas for customers. It was clear they were frustrated, but that did not slow them down. Need more employees like this. Did they use some choice words and screw up a couple orders, sure, but they were doing their absolute best. Keep up the good work and get these three individuals some help.
