The best pork belly over rice in Toledo can be found here. The only downside is that they charge $0.10 per package of hot mustard, soy sauce, and duck sauce. Other than that, the Chinese food is delicious.

The food was always perfect when I ordered. The last few times, but it was either perfect or great. I don't know what has changed in recent years, but I hope they'll get back to where they used to be. I still recommend.

If I were to base my review solely on the food, I would give Ping a solid 4 out of 5 stars. However, I must also mention the service. My experience was pretty decent, but I have to acknowledge the slow service. There is usually only one person handling both taking orders and cooking the food. While I appreciate the hard work and dedication of this individual, having only one person working slows down the service significantly. This can also create some issues with the overall atmosphere, as I have seen other customers affected by this as well. One particular incident involved a young boy trying to deceive the worker by pretending he had already paid for his meal. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on everyone involved, including the boy's parents for encouraging him to do so. However, this was an isolated incident involving the boy and not the fault of the hardworking employee who was simply trying to fulfill his duties. Overall, the food at Ping is delicious and I will continue to support the restaurant, but there are a few minor issues that need to be addressed before I can give a glowing review.

I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could. This is the worst Chinese food I have ever had. The General Tso's chicken was overcooked and lacked flavor, while the rice was undercooked. When I tried calling to address the issue, they were unhelpful and unapologetic. On top of that, I was overcharged as their prices didn't match what was on the menu. I will never order from here again.
