Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Toledo

After I ordered my food and came home, I didn't get any cookies with my food and they had none of the things that were on the other menus like the $6 deal or even 2 can dine for 8.99 I spent $16.75 for hardly anything I never go back there. there was no 10 for 10 and I saw the commercial for the $6 dinner in which they got 2 sides and a cookie and I didn't even get a cookie and got only one side for $8.99 incredible what a tear I tried to call the place, but of course nobody answered!

We waited 20 minutes because they don't have regular bun, then after 20 minutes wait still all spicy smh....and they don't answer, so now I was burned more gas to get what I actually ordered. .

Big eat once in a time...now it is often cold, usually wrong in terms of order accuracy, and with poor attitude delivered and thinking I love this brand: 2/5

If I could give the 1615 cherry street popeyes a rating of 1/10 it would be an absolute 0. I ordered my eating by doordash got the 24 pieces nuggets and everything was hard like a brick! fries were old and they forgot my sauce. this special popeyes is known to not change her fat, please avoid!

Won't ever go back. They didn't have any sandwiches. They didn't have any fries. They only had 8 burnt dry chickenless nuggets. Was dirty in there. Should have not spent my money there but didn't wanna go anywhere else after waiting in line for 15 minutes. Could tell all the food I received had been sitting around for hours. The person taking drive through orders was unprofessional as they come screaming and yelling and talking to other employees while I'm ordering and asking me to constantly repeat myself. If you don't like your job and can't do it properly then quit.
