Schmucker's - Toledo

I was past this place and thought to stop with my friend. At the beginning I had doubts as to how her food could be. But when I came in and saw people enjoy their food, I made sense that this could be a place of food. To be honest, I liked the way they kept the interior with old and vintage style and got everything in a great way. Her food is so good that gave me a real taste of home cooked dinner. A beautiful place and you should try.

Love this place, great food, great service, great people and bring you back to days when Diner's Diner's were. So nostalgic at the time before even I existed and family had it reflected. Go!

Love loved eating here! The institution had such an old feeling, classical and homey. My niece and I came at the wrong time... noon. You were busy! But we could sit at the counter where we sat right in front of the commercial stove and the cook. I have to see that Jewelers use fresh ingredients: Hamburger patents that are not frozen, hand-patterned; fresh cut pumice potatoes; fresh eggs; homemade cakes! We only had to take a few slices home, as we were so filled after our meal. I had a meat plate with brown engraving and potatoes, yes, they were NOT from a box. You could really feel small pieces. My niece had scrambled eggs, bacon, ash-brown and biscuits and Gravy. It was so delicious. I regret not eating back, one of her handburgers, I didn't run out of time and also that I am from the city of TX). The only thing I had changed about the burger I observed while I was there) is that I would have asked her to crush my rolls. All-in-all, I'd go back that way. Because now I have to wait until I may eat next year in my next holiday / visit to my brother. But I'm sure I'm going that way. Oh! I almost forgot my niece and I both loved the facility, the food and the staff. Everyone was very friendly and super on the go.

I have this huge plate of food for under $10. Coffee comes free with the meal. Love this tiny, old-fashioned diner! Great value for your money.

In my mind when you look up the definition of diner in the dictionary there should just be a picture of Schmuckers. The atmosphere of the diner it's just perfect, there is a hum about the place from the kitchen to the servers dancing about the tightly packed tables. It's loud but not in an obnoxious way. They have a big menu serving both breakfast lunch and dinner items and there has yet to be something we have tried that wasn't delicious. The prices are low for the quality . My wife and I eat at Schmuckers any chance we get
