The service was quick, and the waitstaff were friendly. The food was excellent. Regarding accessibility, it would be beneficial to ensure that the entrance is handicap accessible.

I just had the most bizarre experience with the person working the drive-thru window. They screamed and mocked both me and my fiancé while we were going through the order. It's fortunate that I worked at this location for two years during college and know the general manager, because I’ve never encountered anything like this before. I was genuinely shocked and appalled. I can't recommend this place; the service at the drive-thru is simply unacceptable.

Location is never open when it says it's open. Employees are still present until 3am when the store closes but they will take no orders after 2am. Everytime I stop on my way home from work, it's a different excuse such as out of all products or register is down. At least shut your lights off so I'm not wasting my time
