Recommended Dishes: Southwest Chicken Salad, Chicken Cobb Salad, Frozen Strawberry, Caesar Salad Overall, I had a great experience with the food; every dish was delicious and well-prepared. I particularly enjoyed the Southwest Chicken Salad and the Chicken Cobb Salad. However, the service left much to be desired, which was disappointing. The atmosphere of the place was average at best. I would recommend trying the Frozen Strawberry and Caesar Salad as well.

The employee claimed that his manager had called him while I was in line and instructed him not to serve me because of the incident from June, which had already been resolved. When I asked him to call his manager in front of me, suddenly he was unable to reach anyone. I have always been a good customer at both locations without any issues, so this was very frustrating. I'm planning to contact corporate because he made the decision not to serve me on his own, despite the fact that I was polite and calm. It seems unreasonable to bring up an incident from June after so much time has passed. Ironically, I'm currently at the 75th location and wasn't turned away, which suggests that the young man at the 99th Ave location might not have the full picture about any supposed ban. I've had no issues getting service at either location until now.

I love the salads and the lemonade, but the last two times they gave me lemonade that was almost pure water.
