Pollo Tropical - Tollgate

Pollo Tropical is a must if you go to Florida, the grilled chicken was awesome. This location was ultra clean, that’s a plus.

This is hands down the best location in south Florida. Food was great and timely. Service was awesome.

The last three times I wait forever for an order. Look like they are short of staff. The staff are working with no happy face.I ordered by online trying to have less time waiting. After 30 mi. I asked for my order and wasn't done yet. After more than 17 min. They gave me the order, finally.I love pollo tropical, but something is happening after they were closed for months. It's no the same service.

Literally walked in to the store and literally no one in the staff said a word for the first 10 min. I was just there standing like an idiot. Felt completely ignored. Staff here don’t care at all. The lady next to me complaint and all that they guy said was “it’s all good”. It’s outrageous the way this store is handled.

The store didn't even seem busy. Employees were yelling, threw sauce at my husband. What ever happened to customer service... Better yet respect??????
