Uptown Pizza Tomah

We had a pizza delivered to our motel. They told us how long it would be and they were spot on. Pizza came hot and the delivery guy was great. I would eat an Uptown Pizza again.

I ordered deluvery. It's been an hour and 45 minutes and still no pizza. I even called and checked on it 25 minutes ago and was told it's in the vehicle on it's way. I really don't think I want to eat or feed my family a pizza that has been riding aroundin a vehicle for almost 2 hours!

The pizza itself was decent, but the service left much to be desired. Is it worth the risk? This place isn't just another bland chain; the food was pretty good, but you definitely gamble with the service here.

Our workplace ordered several pizzas over the weekend, but unfortunately, they were all overcooked. Instead of being cheesy, they were just crunchy. I used to really enjoy this pizza, but the last experience was disappointing. Many of my coworkers felt the same way. I only gave it 2 stars because I didn't pay for them.

We called to place an order but were informed that they weren’t delivering that night. However, we decided to go ahead and pick it up ourselves. The staff was incredibly friendly, and when our GPS led us to the wrong location, they gave us updated directions and were very helpful. Despite the hiccup, when we returned to the hotel with the pizza, it was still hot and fresh—and it tasted amazing! We were pleasantly surprised, especially since the reviews seemed to be mixed. We would definitely order from them again the next time we're in the area!
