御通しの牛すじ煮込みかなんかおいしかった。あと、お肉はカットも良く肉質も良く、味は良い。ただお肉を生かしすぎて全部塩胡椒。。ワサビ。みたいなシンプル。お肉の味はうまいよ。でも、タレも欲しいよ。勿論、肉の旨みが生きるような、スーパーに売ってるようなこれ、肉じゃなくタレがうまいよね。ってごまかしたり邪魔しないやつ笑　期待してます
