The food was very tasty and the price quite reasonable at lunch time I think our total bill for two complete lunches, 2 beers and a large bottle of water was €23.50.
Traditional menu that is excellently executed across the board, from grilled sardines to roasted rabbit. Delicious desserts, too: they have a proper, cream based ice cream that beats that is more traditional than anything I have had in Lisbon.
We stopped for lunch after visiting the Convento D Christo. It was a delightful family restaurant with delicious food at a very reasonable price. Our server Xana could not have been more friendly and helpful. Tomar was not originally in our travel plans, but between the Convento and this restaurant we were very happy to have made a detour.
