I also had Onion Strings and Steamed Vegetables as my sides. The Onion Strings were crispy and light, with no greasiness at all. The Steamed Vegetables were cooked perfectly—not mushy or overdone, just right. The menu offered a nice variety of options, but it wasn't overwhelming; everything felt well-balanced. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the quality and quantity of food we received. I honestly haven't enjoyed a restaurant experience like this in quite a while, where the quality of food, service, and prices all aligned to make the hour-long drive worthwhile. Thank you, Pecos Grilling Company! My son and I will definitely be returning!

I ordered the Cajun Fettuccine, and it was outstanding! As a native New Orleanian and a self-proclaimed food snob, I’m impressed.

We came here for a Sunday school class event. It was a bit noisy, but the service from Hannah was fantastic. I had the smothered chicken, which was delicious, and my husband ordered the chicken fried steak. We'll definitely be back!

Came here with some co workers and the food was delicious. I got the ribeye which was cooked perfectly. The chicken fried steak was awesome and the Cajun pasta was delicious. I tried my co workers dishes. The chicken fried steak was big enough for 3!!! I will definitely go back!!
