Contribuisci feedbackThe customer service is terrible. I ordered the delivery a few times from this place and finished missing items. When I first called, the manager said she couldn't refund me because it was through a third-party delivery service. that didn't make me much sense, but she offered to save my acknowledgement so that I could get my missing items included in my next delivery. in the following week, I made a delivery order and asked to include my missing items. the “maintainer” with whom I spoke was very rude and did not believe that this was telling the truth, why they did not call earlier and say that they could not honour the promise that the former manager had made. so it is a stupid situation and could have been handled better. not sure why they didn't want to refund me for the first time. I will not order from this place again.
Expired milk in the cooler..2 months expired! Not just 1 or 2 bottles, all of the bottles of milk expired in August. This is October!!!!That should have been my 1st clue not to stay. There were only 3 people in line ahead of me. Waited 25 mins and when it was FINALLY my turn the worker stops and says he has to do an online order 1st. I wait another 5 mins. Still not ready to take my order. Finally gave up and left. Will never come back.
Two young siblings, a brother and sister, were working together at the restaurant. They provided excellent customer service and worked well as a team. I was there for a takeout order and watched as they efficiently took food orders. It was a pleasure to see them in action.
This Subway location is always clean and serves fresh food. I really enjoy eating here, although the parking situation could be improved.
I ordered a sandwich online and paid for it, only to find out when I arrived at the restaurant that they were unable to fulfill the order. The staff member, who seemed to be having a rough night, was unable to process a refund or handle the situation properly. After getting in contact with someone higher up, the customer service was unhelpful and a waste of time. Overall, my experience at Underground was disappointing and left me feeling taken advantage of. I would caution others against placing online orders with this establishment, as they may not be able to meet expectations and handle issues appropriately, ultimately leaving customers feeling robbed.
