Whataburger - Tomball

Fast drive through at night, a rarity among whataburgers. Confirmed our order at the window before handing anything over to ensure accuracy Good flavor and fries

We ordered our meals through the Drive-thru. We waited a bit BUT they got our order correct. The taste of food was alright. Fries were not soggy. They gave us condiments that we asked for after we have paid for our orders. The place looked clean,eventhough we were looking in from the outside. We have never eaten at this What-A-Burger location before. We might, in thefuture.

Frankii with TWO II was sitting outside the store at 3 am while I was sitting at drive through waiting. Then whenever he got on the microphone he attempted to rush me through my ordering process. He rushed me so much trying to get back to whatever he wasdoing that he didn 't even get my drink order until I was at the window. Not because he forgot but because he was being rude andtold me to pull to around to the window . It 's about tone, not word choice. Then he started catching attitude whenever I calledhim out on his behavior, and I asked for his manager. I explained I didn 't want him touching my food period and that I wanted AHIGHER Manger number. Well, I was NOT GIVEN THE NUMBER BY AJ. I WAS SCREENED TO THE STORE NUMBER. He told me it was the numberon the receipt. This isn 't over. I will be making phone calls to make sure this behavior is corrected from both Aj and Frankiiwith Two IIs ????

They somehow managed to charge my credit card twice and said it was not possible...so how did they hack my credit card???? Don't trust them anymore. Bad service after going there for 6 years! I should have realized when I had the same ticket number as thelady after me! How does that happen? Management wouldn't do anything about it...said to wait and see what my credit card billwas tomorrow and see if the bank fixed the problem said they did nothing wrong.

I see a lot of negative and positive comments, I will have to say I live very close this this whataburger and have never been disappointed yet! Customer service is usually pretty decent and food always comes out good! Personally haven't been inside but Iknow the drive through can get long sometimes! But definitely a nice place to stop for a quick meal!
