Beautiful location! I recommend everyone! what can I say......big customer service, clean, great prices and good food?

Our experiences at the Tomball Pizza Hut have never been good. Poor, poor service! I've always liked Pizza Hut, but not the one in Tomball. I don't know if it's the management or what but it's bad! We haven't been there for a year so if they have done some improvements that's a good thing.s

So to be objective, the establishment itself is a little run down, would need quite some TLC to make it to the 5 star point, but it's really the people that make this place good. Service is absolutely awesome! Been here 3 times in the past 5 months and had a different waitress each time. All had a great attitude, a smile on their face and genuinely seemed to give a thing about what impressions we leave the place with. The food was good, i had a special order and it came out just as quick. I was very impressed with the staff. Wish management would give this place a little makeover/ freshen it up.Thank you for the good experience tho!

About every 6 months I try this pizza hut again. Always the same, takes over an hour to get a pizza. Place is filthy, service is pathetic, they obviously hire from the bottom of the I.Q. scale.Dont think I will be back.
