The staff is very friendly, and the atmosphere is really stylish. This place has definitely become our new favorite. I came across a negative review about cleanliness and felt compelled to respond. If you think this place isn’t clean, it sounds like you might be the type who wears shoe covers and scrubs the floors with a toothbrush because this facility is spotless. Keep up the great work, Island Creole Cuisine!
I had the oxtails with black rice and potato salad, and it was absolutely delicious! The portion was more than sufficient. I'll definitely be back. Update: A week later, I returned to try the curry chicken with rice and beans, and it was fantastic! I can’t wait to sample everything else on the menu!
This restaurant is fantastic! The food is fresh and delicious every day. The atmosphere is wonderful. I tried the oxen pig, and my friend had the chicken, both of which were incredibly tasty. I will definitely be returning and recommending this place to more people. The staff is friendly and very helpful. This is exactly what the city needs!
One of the most unique restaurants in Toms River, Island Creole Kitchen is a blend of Caribbean food served in a homemade style that is not only excellent, but also expensive! You have options to eat there in a beautiful casual environment, or food to go with you. Try the black rice as it is amazingly good.
Absolutely amazing, hands down excellent food. Great staff good prices.. Incredible selection. My 7yro loved the curry chicken, my jerked chicken was spot on and my wife fried pork... Omg the fried pork... No words except unreal!! Can wait to return
