The blonde girl at the counter was taking orders from people three deep in line, which led to confusion as they couldn't hear her, and she couldn't hear them either. Everyone was standing close together, shoulder to shoulder. I decided to step out of the line. Josh, if you're the GM, as I've been informed, this is something you need to address. When I brought this issue up, the staff seemed indifferent and didn't seem to care that they were allowing people to crowd the counter instead of waiting for individual orders and payments. You even have markings on the floor for this purpose, yet the staff is ignoring them.
This restaurant has excellent contactless service! The online ordering process was incredibly easy. I was in and out for pick-up in just 30 seconds. The food was fresh and perfectly chilled. They also provided napkins and utensils. The staff was well protected from the public, and everyone wore masks and gloves while maintaining a positive attitude. I absolutely love this place!

I paid $17.86 for the "Giant Veggie" sub with the rosemary seasoned bread, and I was disappointed to find that it was mostly filled with lettuce. This is completely unacceptable for nearly $18. I've decided to stop supporting Jersey Mike's. There are better options in Toms River (I chose this location for convenience). The only reason I’m giving this more than one star is because of the friendly and attentive staff.
The location is clean, and the staff is friendly. The food is good and fresh, making it even better than the average Jersey Mike's. The only drawback is the inconsiderate customers who park illegally in the fire zone in front of the building.
