Mcdonald's - Toms River

I received 4 apple pies instead of the 2 apple pies and 2 strawberry and cream pies that I ordered. I would have preferred a refund for the 2 strawberry and cream pies or a substitution for a different specialty pie.

The food was warm, the condiments were accurate, and the delivery driver was friendly.

The burger was cold, the cookies were hard and stale, and they forgot my fries.

This has to be the worst McDonalds on the face of the planet. I have no idea who is working there, but whoever is in charge of making sure the door dasher orders are correct before they go out... should be soooooo fired. 3 times I've ordered from here... this time 40 McNuggets 2 L Fries and they forgot both fries and not a single sauce to be found. This has happened 3 times. They just won't give me any sauces... last time I ordered over 40 nuggets and they didn't give me any sauces then too... What the hell is going on over there. I'm dropping more than 50 bucks on dinner and you can't get anything right. Please close your doors, or stop taking door dash orders if you don't have people competent enough to handle putting the right things in the bag before sealing them!!!! They made me give them 1 star... I wish there were negative stars.

The fries were hot, but I encountered an issue with my online order. I added an item to my order, but they didn’t provide me with a receipt, and I wasn’t sure if my extra item had been included. Overall, I’d rate this experience 3 out of 5.
