Roots Lounge Organic Eatery Coffee

I went there very pricey asked for a specific bowl due to allergies and the person at the counter did not pay attention and forgot the main ingredient to the bowl for me my chicken!!! When u called all they did was pass me from one person to another. Definitely POOR customer service!

I 've been going to Roots for a while. LOVE the cold brew. I often order the healer juice as well. More recently I 've noticed a lack of consistency in the flavor of the juice. Today I ordered the healer and cold brew. The taste was super tart and I brought it up to the owner and said it was too citrusy . He told me there is no citrus in it. Period. No offer to remake it or anything. Clearly the apples were too tart, but the take-away is that the taste was way off. I never write reviews, but was compelled to do so today because I frequent this establishment and was super disappointed with the total lack of customer service. Sorry to say I won 't be returning. Almost $10 for a juice. UGH.

The food was so fresh! So good. Having to be gluten free, this was certainly a great meal which is not easy to come by. There were plenty of options. Highly recommend

Great customer service love coming here- however atmosphere can be awkward, I hear the same songs every time I come here and it makes me feel so weird. Lol!! Good chow tho !!

Excellent all around restaurant for breakfast or lunch. Huge selection of Smoothies and shakes. Lots of fine meal choices that most people don’t have the ingredients to prepare at home. Egg bennies selection is my favorite!
