Terrible customer service experience. We made a reservation but arrived to find no one at the restaurant, only people in the kitchen smoking. We waited 10 minutes before leaving. When we called an hour later, we were told that no one had shown up for work. How does the administrator not know their employees are missing for 2 hours? We ended up going to another restaurant because we were hungry. The next day we tried to speak with the administrator in person, but she was not there. Disappointing management - they should pay more attention to who they hire.

Polite staff, unique atmosphere, those who like palaces and castles will appreciate it. The portions are large, we took a salad for two, plus a portion of hot food, also for two.
