Buffalo Grill And Lounge - Tonkawa

Stopped here on our way to Dallas for the night and the Ribeye special was awesome. The steak was a 7 or 8 out of 10. For the price, best steak I’ve had in a while. I will definitely come back.

My wife and I ordered dinner this evening. I ordered a cheeseburger with everything EXCEPT pickles. My wife ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. We finally got our food (without condiments). My burger was loaded witgh pickles and they were all i could taste with my first and only bite. The chicken on my wife's sandwich was cold and so tough that a steak knife was needed to cut it. We finally got the condiments after we had to chase down a waitress. I went to dress up my sandwich and the bun was totally burnt. Needless to say, we sent our plates back to the kitchen, laid the money down on the table for the check, and left. I can't say tghat I will ever eat there again. I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Avoid this place if you ever want good food.

Their Friday-Sunday dinner special with the ribeye is an amazing deal and mine was cooked to perfection. So good that I had it Friday, last night, and now headed back there tonight, Saturday, to eat it again.

This review is tough. My food was good but it shouldn't take over an hour to get your to-go order. My food was fresh but my daughters wasn't. I could tell it sat there for at least 10 minutes. Then I get to my room and had to go back because they left the gravy off my chicken fried chicken. Not to mention they almost left my salad out of the bag, I had to ask for that before I left the first time. When I tried to talk to the manager, he was too busy. I guarantee they ticket but no compensation and barely even an apology. So if I got adequate service, my review would be at least a four but probably a five. I really planned to give a 1 star with the comment that I'd give a zero if I could but since my food tastes good, I gave it two stars. Not only that, I tipped ahead of time. Mistake on my part.

Small dining area next to the lounge. Food was good took a bit of time to come out. Serves breakfast all day. Had chef salad and it was freshly made good quality ingredients. Onions rings had good crisp to them but batter didn't really have much to it. Omelette and hashbrowns were also good. No flavored creamer for coffee. Waitress was not a great listener as she gave me a different salad than I ordered and I only wanted 1/2 order of onions rings and she came out with a full order.
