Cafe Rio Mexican Grill - Tooele

The food was delicious, but the restaurant took quite a while to prepare it. Their service has been noticeably slower lately.

We have decided to stop ordering from Cafe Rio, which used to be one of our favorite restaurants. Our orders are always messed up. Last night, I paid over $30 for a burrito that was supposed to have double the meat, but it came with no meat at all. My tortilla soup was half its usual size and did not have any chicken, cheese, or typical toppings. We are done with this location.

The sweet pork salad was tasty, but could have used more lettuce. The queso and chips were excellent, as usual.

Queso cheese was cold and lumpy, chips were okay, some were soft and chewy. Diet coke was great!

Sauce was like dish water, chips are inedible, you may as well leave a bowl of them out on the counter for a month and youll have the same thing. Wanted to try it again but this was for sure the last time Ill ever eat here.
