Papa Johns Pizza - Tooele

Horrible delivery service said it was gonna be here at 5:01 and yet no pizza and then I hear that they delivered it to the wrong house never ordering from here again and it's 5:36 and no pizza

Absolutely the worst Papa John's pizza I've ever had. It didn't even taste like Papa John's. Literally everything was wrong. It was almost completely dry of sauce everywhere except the edges. The little bit of sauce there was tasted like some cheap off brand spaghetti sauce that was way too heavy on the tomatoes. The cheese tasted weird. I can't tell what was wrong with the crust, but it's like it was missing something.Papa John's is normally my favorite pizza in the whole world, but I lost my appetite after the first slice.

Top notch service. Manager on night shift took care of me when a mistake was made. Would recommend to everyone!

Ordered online for a pick up of 5pm got the text at 4:40 my food was ready. I had it scheduled for 5 for a reason, anyway got home to cold pizza. We ordered 4 extra garlic sauces and all 4 the lids were not sealed and I now have garlic sauce all over the seat of my truck and will need to have it shampooed. The manager told me that getting the food done 20 minutes early was them doing a good job and being on top of it. Very poor customer service and quality. I've had several bad experiences at this location and this will be me last time going here.

Pizza is always good. With the option for 'well done ' it 's not uncooked dough like most other places.
