Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

Ordered online to pick up at window. Instead of ASAP, I ordered an hour in advance. Got to the window and it wasn't ready, was asked to wait out front. Expected that meant they would bring it out to me. After 15 minutes I went in to see if it was ready, they had no idea who I was. They found the pizza, they had prepared the wrong variety. I took it anyway. Wish there was a way to retract the tip that is practically required when you pay for your online order.

Ordered 2 pizzas, a specialty cowboy pizza and a pepperoni. my wife picked up 2 pepperoni pizzas. the customer service was the problem, they completely got on the defensive, and started talking down to us. long story short…no way am i picking up a pizza after hearing their comments. order number 13359276763217921 to make it even more funny. this was the 1st time going back there after 4—5 years, saying last time “never again” lol so never again!

They were quite busy. We ordered and then waited over30 minutes for our order. They gave us three pizzas, but we only ordered 2, or so we thought. When we asked for artichokes on just half of one pizza, the girl was confused and asked for help. So we paid and waited… when we got home, we cooked the pizzas and they were delicious. They have good deals frequently which is nice but when they mess up your order they won't refund or replace

When company arrives either from California, Virginia, Texas, or New Mexico, the first thing they want me to do, is order a family size delite gourmet thin crust pizza artichoke/Chick the Mediterranean sun dried tomatoes for them! I have to admit they are my favorites as well!
