Raw Sugar Cafe - Toowoomba

Easy parking great coffee and one of the best carrot cake I have had in a long time. My friend had a fresh frittata which she raved about - friendly staff and awesome service!

Very good Merlo coffee, quiet large area, comfortable seating, tired from wandering around during the Carnival of Flowers so a respite for my aching feet.I saw the Merlo sign and headed straight inside. Being an out of towner I vaguely remembered the Merlo name search on the internet but found quite accidently. Really pretty displays of high end gifts; loved the bright read exotic tea set, jewellery and scarfs for sale. Wish I had not eaten before as the sweets and croissants baked on the premises looked enticing. Lots of magazines to browse through, and it would be a very cool breezy place to drink coffee during the hot summer days.

We quite enjoyed a little breakfast here one weekday morning. Not much on the menu but we found something to please us. Nice Merlo coffee!

Our office attended for a group lunch of say 25 people.We pre booked for 12 and the lunches were ready to go and they even knew the names of people who ordered them.Lunch servings were a good to large size. I had the BLT with chips and I was quite full after having this tasty meal.We sat outside however there is an inside area of the wale aether is cooler.Service was good, and meals served on time.Believe I would return for lunch in the future.

Locally owned with a staff of the most pleasing & friendly ladies, Raw Sugar is a delight. Great, great coffee plus scrumptious bacon & eggs with all the sides to choose from for breakfast... Overlooking beautiful Queens Park & Frog's Hollow... If you're just popping in for morning tea or a break, they have freshly home baked biscuits, slices and desserts. You can't beat Raw Sugar for service, value and, did I mention, great, great coffee!!
