Arby's - Topeka

The shake was very good. The food was good and hot. Good working staff.

A good option for something other than burgers! Different specialty sandwiches throughout the year.

Unfortunately I had to go through the drive-thru again to get the rest of the order. I usually enjoy checking the bag before leaving the drive-thru however by no fault of the restaurant, the line was atrocious. The food is always good and always prepared perfect. The staff for the most part are wonderful. The only downside is the popularity. With only a few stores in town it is easy to see why they are always busy.

Arby's is expensive. This location needs to get it together. Don't go after 5 dinner rush. They don't care what they give you to eat. It can be cold or old. Only make it right when you complain and they have to remake it. I will go to another location from now on.

I like Arby's but the corporate ppl took away my Italian sandwich. I really dont like that
