Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Topeka

Honestly if I could give a negative star review I would… this is by far the worst visit I have had! Went through the drive through about tonight on we had ordered our food and we had asked for ranch. When we got home our ranch was not edible it jiggles like jello and it smelt expired! Another thing was we didn’t get toast in our chicken strip baskets either! I either want to speak with management when someone actually answers the phone or maybe they slack on that to, they weren’t busy when we went and I know that they can answer phones! But I either want a full refund or something because this is ridiculous! Mind you I don’t think ranch is supposed to look like that. So what do you have to say for yourselves Dairy Queen!

While the drive thru line was long due to a sporting event recently releasing and the obvious short staffed situation based on the economy and help wanted signs, the staff worked hard and provided prompt drive thru service. They were nice and quick through the drive thru ordering system. When we got our food, the cashier acknowledged our dog and petted him (and afterwards washed his hands great infection control DQ this was great to see and we sure loved our treats!

Don’t never buy the DQ sandwich’s here this DQ !They’re trash u don’t get ur money worth only get cookies w/spoon full of ice cream!!!

The Hot Fudge Sundae isn't what it used to be...even ordered extra hot fudge...pretty skimpy

It was greasy .an melted an cost for slop was absolutely shameful an will never go back! Sick of over priced fast food slop an kids who dont care being rude!
