I do not blame the workers at Dunkin' Donuts, I blame the company that doesn't pay people a livable wage. That's why it took over 20 minutes for me to get a simple iced coffee but the workers got my order wrong. Again, I don't blame them, if they were paid a livable wage of 20 25 an hour they'd have not only enough people so I wouldn't have to wait 20 minutes for a cup of coffee, but maybe they'd be more willing to get it right if they're being paid what they're worth. I'll likely hold off on coming back until Dunkin' employees unionize like Starbucks employee's are beginning to, unions ensure that people get what they need to actually survive and thrive. Also, Dunkin' food is not good, if you want a good donut that doesn't taste stale go to Daylight donuts.
Good coffee and doughnuts! This location is usually extremely busy and it often runs out of many of my favorites by 8 or 9 am on both week days and weekends. So overall you will get what you would expect from this national brand, but you might want to get there a little early. :
Do not use this store, Do not order online. Ordered on their APP for in store pickup, but doors were locked, They can’t retain employees it seems Their parking and drive through situation is inefficient. You can’t park in their lot because of improper lot design. I am done with this store. Now there is a lot of red tape to get a refund
While getting mini doughnuts wife notice the service clerk licking his fingers as he is closing the box. Guess we dont go there no more.
