It has been a while since I ate at Schlotzsky's. It used to be my favorite sandwich place but I will not be eating there ever again. Back in the day it was fast, high quality and worth the price. Today I waited for 25 minutes to get my sandwich. It would have been worth the nearly ten bucks if premium meat was used like it used to be. My roast beef was almost ENTIRELY fat. Another favorite place of my. The sandwiches are always great. The price is fair and the portions are big. They make the food quick.

I ordered a pick-up order online roughly 2 weeks ago to provide food for the COVID testing staff near the Topeka Library. I was surprised to see the projected time for pick up of a small order of 2 meal sandwiches was 10 minutes later. I headed over to pick the order up with my kids.
