The service at this restaurant seemed friendly, which I appreciate, although I did notice a possible smirk from the staff. I chose to give them the benefit of the doubt, but unfortunately, my order was still incorrect. Despite clearly asking for double bacon, I received only a single serving. As a longtime customer, this mistake was particularly frustrating. It's disappointing that I now have to meticulously check my order before leaving the drive-thru, causing delays for other customers behind me. This has become a regular occurrence, despite previous apologies and promises to improve. It's frustrating that such a simple order seems to be so difficult for them to get right.
No parking was available’ sat in car park and seven delivery drivers took up spaces ‘ the disabled bay was also unavailable’ drove off and went else wear ‘ seems they only cater for Uber eats or just eat and everyone else is not important
Ordered 2 Nugget Share boxes and 2 cheese share boxes. Missed out a whole nugget share box from the order. Phoned to complain and was told to come back to collect my order at a time that was convenient for me. Convenient would have been when I originally ordered it with the rest of my order, no compensation was offered, terrible customer service.
