Subway - Torbay

I was pleasantly surprised by the options for coeliacs at this restaurant! The staff was wonderful and the service was quick. However, there were a lot of tables and the cleanliness of the toilets could have been improved.

Great service from a young red-headed lady, when my daughter managed to dump her entire sub on the pavement. Thank you!

I’m at utterly repulsed by the food health code violations and very rude staff he was rolling his eyes and talking to the other staff about me when I had asked him to kindly change his gloves after he had handling the meat products then proceeded to touch a vegan/ vegetarian option And then after I had told him to do so he proceeded to use the meat knife to cut the meat free sandwich until I ask him not to do so and I’m quite upset as I have ordered takeaway from here so there for feel my food has been touched /contamination by the meat products.

MY FRIEND GOT ME THE SUB I HAD HALF OF HERB ROLL HAD BEEF LARGE SLICES WITH SLICED CHEESE TOASTED WITH JELOPINO,S LOTS OF THEM SALAD OLIVES AND GARLIC MAYO WHO EVER MADE IT. THEY MADE IT PERFECTLY MY DOG HAD SOME BEEF IT WAS VERY TASTY. AND IT WAS STILL WARM JUST RIGHT. I WOULD A LIKE A DOUBLE CHOCOLATE COOKIE BUT JUST GOT SOMETHING ELSE STILL NICE MY FRIEND BROUGHT IT FOR ME. REGARDS JOANNA WOOD

As I ordered sandwich she said that you can't pick anything else than name of sandwich ends up with something I hate to eat. Totally rubbish customer service. Last time the other girl was nice she asked me everything before putting in sandwich.
