Kaspa's Desserts - Torfaen

Visited kaspas in cwmbran with a couple friends a week ago. Was waiting at the door for around 5 minutes before being seated. Ordered food, it came fairly quickly and was too a good standard. However we had no cutlery. Made eye contact with the worker and she brought over cutlery, but it was only spoons. Had to go ask for a knife and fork, as spoons are impractical for waffles and crepes. The worker said There is some in the bucket I just gave you When there clearly wasnt. They also forgot my coke, which I had to ask for on the way out, and I also didnt recieve an apology for. The vibes were not good, the food was decent, the service was appauling. I would expect a good experience for the price I paid.

I really love Kaspas. You have everything that you dream of related to sugar . I asked for a flat white, and I was unhappy as the size of the coffee was super big, and I used to have it smaller. The next time that I came, they gave me a coffee from the house as they remembered me. I have to say that the customer service is exceptional and I am not used to having it like here, Ezaf, thanks for your attention. You do a really good job !!!

Great for the kids but very overpriced and sounds better than it actually is.

Came here for sons late bday treat. And there was hardly any customer service no smiles, the hot apple crumble was cold custard was lumpy, I was told by my guest that the cheesecake tasted like loft insulation and the waffle my youngest son had was too salty so was left and the cans of coke that I paid £2.25 was warm. The only thing that was ok was my oldest son's and daughter's milkshake. Very disappointed.
