The lack of professionalism and empathy with the customer is just one of the defects of this place. Yesterday I placed an order through the app and they accepted the order at 7:45 pm with a delivery time of 50 minutes. When it was 10:00 pm the order still hadn't arrived, I tried calling several times but they didn't answer or I gave a voicemail so I sent a message on whatsapp and asked if the snack would still arrive. They gave me an odd excuse and said they would deliver the sandwiches with a deadline of 3hrs. In short: they didn't deliver the sandwich, they didn't even send a message to apologize for the delay, much less for not delivering the sandwich to me. Bad service, bad professionalism. Would not recommend to ANYONE!
