I particularly enjoyed the sliced chili provided instead of just chili sauce. I ordered the roasted pork, spring rolls, and cold noodles. The addition of chili and garlic in the fish sauce made the dish even more delicious.
I've been here for twenty years and the taste of the Bun Mi Phuc Kien remains the same. I was glad to see that they only increased the price on their menu items because of the pandemic inflation in contrast to other restaurants that increased 30-50%. This hole-in-wall family small restaurant carries the traditional Phuc Kien noodle authenticity from the same owner as long as I know this place.
The food at this restaurant tastes great, perhaps the most authentic Vietnamese dishes I've had in Toronto. The owner was very friendly. It's now one of the top-rated spots near Chinatown.
Had the best rabbit hair in my life. The service was also good. This place is underestimated.
Food was very good.. kind of weird that the restaurant was completely silent when we were the only customers in there Update still yummy
