Starbucks -  Toronto,

I visited this Starbucks location on November 20, 2023 at approximately 4:00pm. When I arrived, a customer was already being served, but I was greeted promptly upon entering. I received my birthday reward and both baristas wished me a happy birthday. They were very friendly and engaging, providing excellent customer service that really brightened my day. This is definitely one of my favorite Starbucks locations.

Music is way too loud. Asked if they can turn it down. They said yes but nothing changed.They also removed tables in the back, leaving an empty waste of space.

The food is excellent, and the service is top-notch. I always love coming here.

I was extremely disappointed by the customer service I received at this restaurant. The staff made simple tasks overly complicated and were not helpful whatsoever.

This is THE BEST drivethrough I have ever been to for Starbucks. Everyone is sooooo kind and friendly. The service is efficient. They offer my dog pup cups. It is a delight! I adore the team. Thank you.
