Contribuisci feedbackI have typically had positive experiences at Starbucks, but this particular location had unfriendly and unethical staff. They accidentally spilled my coffee and failed to apologize or offer a replacement.
The order taker was so rude her name is Kiwi. We experience bad customer service. Of course, every drink is different. She was saying your order is out of this world, with a smirk. It’s like she was mocking our orders. The last time I ordered she was also giving me an attitude I didn’t mind it at first but when I came back earlier it became worse. Not sure, if she was being sarcastic or what.
Sarah, the waitress at the restaurant, was extremely rude. She lacked any customer service skills and did not listen to the customer's concerns, but instead constantly defended herself. This made the entire experience at the restaurant terrible.
The restaurant is always too crowded, they need to add more seating.
A busy Starbucks right by Finch station but they get your order done in time. Not very quite depending on time for day but clean and staff are nice.
