The customer service at this restaurant is excellent. Pranjal makes delicious sandwiches.

I went to this restaurant to get lunch for myself and my toddler. They have a kids meal advertised on the wall next to the cash register, which includes a drink, a small sub, and a fruit pouch. However, when I went to pay, they told me they never carry the fruit pouch and instead give a cookie. I was very disappointed and when I contacted the owner, they simply responded with an apology. I felt misled as neither the sign nor the staff informed me that they did not offer what was advertised. Their website for online orders also shows the fruit pouch as included. This deceptive practice diminishes the nutritional value of the meal, making it unsuitable for young children.

The food at this restaurant is delicious, but the customer service is terrible. I went there to get a sandwich for my husband, and while I was deciding on toppings, the girl making my sandwich seemed to be in a hurry. I understand there may be pressure, but there were not many customers there - just myself and one other - and two employees working. Despite this, she was acting strange and impatiently staring at me.

Same old subway food, the people who work there are great. This location is just lacking more seating, they have a huge empty space in the middle of the room that could be easily filled out with more tables and chairs.
