Piccolo Piano - Toronto

Great place! Food is incredible! The place is a bit expensive, but for the food and the quality of the place it is probably worth it! Definitely recommend to come here!

Service foods were at best moderate. Not as good as I remembered. The guys behind the bar were extremely grumpy and did not try to hide the fact they wished they were everywhere, but there. One of them was irritated when we told him who ordered what drink, so he gave them to the right person. Are you kidding? Our waitress wasn't very friendly or welcoming, but she did the job. The pastas were so common and disappointing not restaurant quality. The pizzas were delicious, but very soggy on the floor really ruined it for us. We will not return. I'm shocked that Piano Piano is still quite difficult to get a table. So many better restaurants out there.

The food was good. I found that some selections from the menu were uneven in quality compared to my last visit. The service, this time, was shameful. It took too long for everything. I wasn't even asked if I wanted drinks refills. It is quite disturbing that a server can only completely disregard the tables for which they are responsible, obviously because they serve a big party and seemingly only satisfied with this tip-out. If this is the case, simply give away the surrounding tables in your section and focus on what you want.

It was my friend's birthday. The service was so bad. We asked for some articles from a person who worked there that was not our server and they seemed super annoyed. We had to dispense with the server to come to us. There were no one in the restaurant...

The space at lunchtime is rather large and impersonal. I imagine that in the evening with good lighting it is more pleasing. The service was spotty to abysmal. The food was good especially the polenta and Brussel sprout salad. Considering the restaurant was almost empty, the (lack of) attention from the service staff was really unacceptable. We had to ask passing servers to help us since our waiter appeared to be completely unavailable. Boo
