Bun King Bakery - Toronto Canada

I love this bakery. The aesthetics of the place are so nostalgic, the whole store smells like hot fresh bread, they have a great assortment of baked products like bread, cookies, danishes, croissants, bagels and more! All the food is absolutely delicious! I highly recommend trying their egg bread and onion bread if you haven’t, it’s absolutely perfect for a sandwich. The owner was also very kind :

I bought bagels twice two days after moulds all over the bagel, I went back to complain about it... The lady gave me a new one but I when I looked inside still the same Bagels have moulds, the sad parts is they still selling them.. No one is checking their stuffs if its still ok... I even have a pictures I just don't know how to load it here...

My favourite local bakery. I've been going here since I was a kid and happy to see they've still been able to keep their prices low. It's $2 flat for a lot of the pastries like sausage rolls, choc croissants, fruit pastries, $2.75 for spinach roll I would recommend all of these, there is not a bad choice. And sets of breads for around $4. Some days they do sell out of certain things by the afternoon so best to get there earlier. Some days the breads are a fresher than others but you can't beat the price.

Had the pleasure of stopping in at this classic bakery:)The smell is just amazing and cozy.Not much breads available for purchase on this particular trip. But I did manage to grab some butter croissants ?!They were so soft and fluffy and just as yummy as I remember.$1 for one, I’d say it’s pricey but definitely worth it.I remember when it was 25cents, so it’s been a while.However, the lady working was very kind:)And continuous baked good were being brought out fresh from the oven.Will definitely be returning to try more.I hear the Egg Bun is amazing, so also looking forward to that.Check out this little bakery, it’s a gem forsure!
