Fries cold, too salty and dry, the burger ran my belly a half marathon.Amazing staff, friendly and patient.

Got the Mushroom Mozzarella Buddy Burger. For only $4.84, it was quite a nice surprise. Right away I could see cheese melting off the side and I knew I was in for a treat. Very creamy with the melted Mozzarella and an interesting Dijon mustard type of sauce. This sauce was potent, fragrant and attacked my nostrils with an aggressive tang. This sauce was incredibly memorable, and had me sneezing in pain, but begging for more. Almost like an abusive relationship, I need to come back to this burger. The sautéed mushrooms and onions along with everything I previously mentioned just pushes this burger over the top. Nice and greasy, but not an overwhelming amount. The flavors in this burger just hit each and every one of my taste buds so perfectly. Thank you A&W, this was certainly a burger to remember.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at this restaurant. I waited for my food for 30 minutes and they seemed to have no idea how to prioritize orders. Instead of serving the customers who were waiting, they were focusing on orders for people who didn't even show up. When I inquired about my order, the server asked me to cancel it, displaying incredibly rude behavior. I understand that working in a stressful or busy environment can be challenging, but this was unacceptable. Overall, a very negative experience.

Good A&W location. Sadly, some locations are not very good. Years ago, A&W used to be consistent everywhere you went. Not, not so much, but this location gets 4 stars for service and food preparation.

I recently visited 832 college street A&W. It was the first when I visited A&W, I loved the food and what I like the most is employee nature. He was very kind to me and he also suggested me what to have. His name is Ankit and I really liked him as he was greeting all the customers with a smile on his face and have very wonderful conversations. In addition to this, I love the Nashville chicken cruncher what he suggested me and I would love to visit again in this store.
