A&W Restaurant - Toronto

I visited this Eaton Centre branch twice during my stay in town. Both times they only put one person behind the counter and one person in the kitchen. The first day I figured it's almost close-up time so it's okay, although I waited over 10 mins for a burger and fries, so as did the 5 other person before and after me. (The burger was fine but the yam fries were too pricy) The next day I only wanted to get a root beer soda and realized they still only stationed one staff behind the counter at 7pm, which was atrocious at a downtown shopping mall branch. I looked at the staff's despair face and I knew it's not her fault that I had to wait 5 mins for a soda. Maybe they don't care but the management should really do something about this.

Always treated like a King and Queen when you visit with your younger Princesses and Princes. Good food, good value, freshly prepared and great for families. Staff were friendly and helpful.

If you are looking for vegetarian burger, A&W is the right place. Other preparations are also good as told by others who love to eat non vegetarian stuff.

Of all the burger chains I think A&W has the best burgers. They are very tasty and have no added hormones etc.I particularly like their Buddy Burger and their Uncle Burger. Their sweet potato fries are also quite good.Their root beer is excellent and they have a diet version as well.

This is for the location on Yonge north of College. Horrible, inedible fries. After waiting for 5 minutes for the burger (which was okay) I get rubbery fries that had been sitting for how long? Counter staff don't care. Move 'em in, move 'em out.
