Crystal Thani - Toronto

I came here during the street festival and was looking to have lunch in an indoor setting and came across this place. We enjoyed the food items. Their fried tofu chicken pad Thai is a must-try. Place ambiance was very calm and chill, the service was also good, and the server always checked up on us and made minor accommodations to our meals.

The food was incredibly delicious, the ambiance and portion sizes were impressive. The service was excellent, and our server, a friendly and pleasant girl, enhanced our experience. The atmosphere of the restaurant is amazing and relaxing, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The sauce that came with my chicken wings was particularly delicious. I could go on and on about how much I loved my experience. This is one of the best Thai restaurants in the Greater Toronto Area.

The food at this restaurant is incredibly delicious. The crispy chili sauce chicken had amazing flavor, and the curry pad Thai was delicious. We also loved the massaman curried chicken. A big shoutout to the chef for the amazing dishes. We will definitely be returning. This restaurant is a hidden gem with attentive waitstaff. I would give it ten stars if I could.

I really really wanted to love this place. But unfortunately I won't be returning. We walked in, no one acknowledged us or greeted us. We stood for a few then decided to seat ourselves. Waited another 5 mins just for her to place then menu on the table and walk away. Not even a hello. When we finally got our food, no check back, didn't even ask if we needed anything else. Once we were done eating my partner had to flag her down because they forgot about us totally. Tried to get the attention of one of the waitresses and she just turned her head. Mind you the place is empty only one other couple. When she came he ordered spring rolls. We waited over 20 mins and never got them. He just asked for the bill. She didn't even put in the order. Service is absolutely horrible! Food was great. I have never been to an establishment where the service was this bad! Though we loved the food and ambience, we will never return! I will add this, they were more tentative to the other customers, maybe they just didn't like our kind. I'll stick to going to chiang mai, way better service!

I urgently requested to use the restroom, but the girl at the counter refused. This cheap and rundown eatery left me disappointed. Shortly after writing my review, two men claiming to be the restaurant owners arrived in a white Honda Accord with license plates RADWALL. They threatened me and demanded I delete my review. One of them even took a picture of my car, but I was able to capture a photo of their faces. Now these businessmen are facing legal action at the police station.
