Very disappointed with the service from this location. I had ordered a Turtles Special Order Blizzard cake for today (Monday) and I spoke with a someone on Friday which they told me I had to order online to get it made within a 48 hour notice. Okay so I do that and the 48 hours comes around and when we tried to pick up the order. They told me that they hadn't made the cake and they made some excuse that their freezers were not working all week. So nobody let me know of this possible issue when I called on Friday or even notified me by phone or email when I placed the order and there is no excuse as you had 48 hours to notify me of this. It's like they have completely forgot my order and forgot to do something about it until we arrived and told them we came for our cake.So words of advice for anyone interested, just don't order the special order Turtles Cake from this location. It's obvious this DQ cannot fulfill their orders and just forget about it.

Opens at 10 everyday, not 11. Best place for ice cream cakes same day. Great seating outdoor with a view too.

Busy location on a Tuesday evening but it is the end of summer so that makes sense! Service is pretty quick but the blizzard isn't as solid as it should be (already a bit melted when you get it)...might be due to how busy it was though.
