The service was the best service I have ever received in my life. The chef came over to us specifically to talk to us and the appetizer of artichokes and honey was delectable. When we weren’t sure about the vermouth the chef let us try and the sangria was amazing

Do yourself a favour and check out Hola Tapas, Wine and Cocktail Bar (1298 Queen Street East at Queen and Leslie). I went with a friend who had raved about Cesar and his love of food (so I had raised expectations) and he wasn 't wrong... in fact all expectations were exceeded by far. This is a place which conveys a little bit of comfy funk.. with dishes that are best described as works of art that pack an explosion of flavour. Troy will guide you through the wines and both Cesar and Troy will give a story with every dish. It 's just a wonderful place to go and enjoy the joy of food and conversation, with people who appreciate both. Leslieville 'different ' at its best!
