Fit for Life - Toronto

This restaurant is a fantastic option for a quick breakfast or a healthy lunch! They offer a wide range of sandwiches and wraps to choose from. The grilled chicken wrap is definitely the standout choice on the menu. The prices are reasonable as well.

Found myself in the mall food court, and Fit for Life stood out among the available options.  Pretty basic place, that offers a selection of wraps, panini, etc. I ordered the spicy chicken buffalo wrap, and was pleasantly surprised. The wrap was tasty, and the service and quality were good nice option for a quick value for money meal.  Would not specifically seek this place out, but would definitely eat there again if it were convenient.

I tried the chicken grill wrap and falafel wrap at this restaurant and enjoyed both of them.

Yep ! was here again Burrtio, break fast wrap falafel box...had it all. Clean, fast, healthy food ! They were kind enough to customize spice levels too, although the dish didn't call for it haha !

The Grilled Chicken Wrap is delicious, especially when paired with lentil soup. It's worth noting that they offer daily breakfast and lunch specials. This restaurant is a must-visit!
