We tried a variety of dim sum dishes, all of which were excellent. It was hard to choose a favorite. We also started with soups - my companion had wonton soup and I had hot and sour soup, which was one of the best I've ever had. The portion was so generous, it almost felt like a meal on its own. The prices were also very reasonable. I will definitely be back if I'm in the area again.
The rest of the menu consists of basic dim sum dishes with a twist, all reasonably priced at under $4 each. There are also great vegetarian options available. It's recommended to visit on a weekday just before the nearby school lets out for lunch to secure a seat, as the restaurant tends to get crowded with students looking for affordable takeout meals.
This hidden gem on the Danforth is a fantastic find for dim sum lovers outside of Chinatown. The friendly service and fresh, tasty food make for a great dining experience. The menu offers a wide selection of both meat and vegetable dishes at affordable prices, including great combo options. As a fan of dim sum, I can vouch for the quality of the chicken feet at this restaurant. I only wish I lived closer so I could visit more often. If you're in the east end and craving authentic Chinese cuisine, be sure to try out Ha Gow.
Pretty good service. Dim sum was alright. Very reasonably priced
Awesome!. I've had the 8.99 special twice now. Both times great! Second time may have been even better! Great value for ALL the yummy food that you get! Go hungry come away satisfied! Enjoy!
