Itamae Sushi - Toronto

We went as a family on New Year's Day. We received about half of the items we ordered on their iPad menu. We spoke to two different servers about it and still nothing was done for about 35 minutes. After our kids began to get restless we decided to forget it and ask for our bill. We told the manager that we thought a discount was in order but he still expected us to pay $25 each adult for a couple of miso soups, some maki rolls and vegetable tempura. He was literally arguing with us at the front of the restaurant - worst service I've ever experienced at any restaurant let alone a mediocre strip mall one like Osaka sushi.

I love sushi and I find that the service at Itamae Sushi is attentive and friendly. You can either order from a traditional menu or set up your order via the Ipad menu (cool!). There are various types of Asian foods, including Chinese dishes. I know that it might sound strange but if you see the fried milk, try it! I was delighted to see this since it's a childhood favourite and few places serve this these days.

Literally my favourite place to eat Japanese food. It is so affordable and the food is incredible. I come here for lunch at least a few times a month for the all-you-can-eat deal. The dragon sushi rolls, and pretty much everything is amazing for a very cheap price! Really recommend this place!

We have been going to Itamae for over a year and I must say that from the cool iPad ordering to the delicious suhi, they are hitting a home run! The selection is generous, the food comes fast. The prices are reasonable (ask for your discount card) and the service was great until they changed staff over recently. Now, maybe not as friendly. In any case, you are guaranteed to enjoy the sushi. Delicious!

This place is very spacious, clean and modern. Menu items are all provided on iPads which also has a very easy Eder friendly ordering app - our orders came swiftly, accurately and consistently with presentation flare and a friendly smile. Service is outstanding here. With the menu items showing nice pictures and the quantity of your order you don't waste anytime getting exactly what you want. We came again with other friends who never been to this place and they also have two thumbs up and were very impressed with the quality of the many dishes to choose from. All you can eat - eat all you can worth all the value for your money at a very reasonably low AYCE price for lunch or dinner. You won't be disappointed here with the extra special menu and outstanding service!
